Gromit Unleashed figurines are being sold on eBay for hundreds of pounds.
A Where’s Wallace? figurine currently has a Buy It Now option of £300, while it looks like the same person is selling models of Roger and Original Gromit for £139.99.
And it’s not just figurines either, with the auction book handed out for free last week attracting 12 bids and a current price of £36; and postcards, coasters, mugs and keyrings also for sale.
This is obscene and a disgrace and I’m sure the greedy sellers are giving none of that to Bristol Children’s Hospital. Don’t buy them!
Agreed – and these scumbags are taking available stock away from genuine fans who dont want to sell them on, for their own profit.
I thought eBay had a rule that they couldn’t trade these charity figures?
