Coffee no 12 despite initial high hopes hasn’t lived up to my expectations. At the start No 12's opening hours were very erratic. A new business needs to gain customers’ loyalty by being reliable. One time my friend and I arrived an hour before the closing time only to find all the chairs being stacked up. This has recurred a number of times. On another occasion my friend’s order was forgotten and then brought cold. As far as service is concerned, the wait is far too long for the simple dishes that this deli offers and I was told that once one of the waitresses has cleaned the side of customer’s plate with her finger.
Cafe culture means most people want to sit in comfort therefore having better thought out furniture is paramount.
Unrelentless in my endeavours I am still hopeful that these are merely teething problems and that No 12 are going to be a successful business. It's great to see another enterprise starting up in Easton.

My friend who works in the catering industry himself was absolutely mortified. I agree with you Jon, one statement says "flood defences appeared useless" and yet another - with photo to prove it - says "A flood barrier kept the water at bay on Cumberland Road" - the latter which is obviously useful.
