Aardman have hit their target of raising £75,000 via Kickstarter which will mean that at least 12 new Morph episodes will be created in Aardman’s Bristol studios in 2014.

It took only eight days to raise the required amount, and comes in the same week that Peter Lord, Aardman co-owner and creative director, and co-founder of Morph, celebrated his 60th birthday with this special Morph cake made by Clifton Cakes:
