All of these stencils on the hoardings around Mud Dock Deli are the work of Bristol street artist Stewy.

They are part of his British cult icons series, which sees people such as Quentin Crisp, Tracy Emin and Robert Wyatt appear on the streets near where they lived and worked.

Bristol’s very own DJ Derek also makes an appearance in the series. Here he is outside The Bank on Stokes Croft:
