Bristol Cider Shop’s second annual Bank Holiday Cider Spectacular at the Southbank Club in Southville was offering free half pints yesterday to everybody who arrived with a medal after having completed the Bristol 10k. And it worked a treat, with many weary runners soaking their weary limbs with plenty of medicinal fermented apple juice in what proved to be a hugely popular event over the weekend.
