American celebrity chef Ashbell McElveen is a new arrival in Bristol. On Wednesday, May 8 he will be bringing South Carolina dining to Goldbrick House in the first of a series of monthly events featuring regional cuisines.
Diners are promised unusual menu items such as crocodile and Ashbell’s signature moonshine cocktails, with the chef also explaining the dishes eaten and exploring the historical English, Irish, and Scottish roots in Southern cooking.
