Eat Drink Bristol Fashion insideReturning to the tipis between May 14 and 27 are Bell’s Diner, the Bird in Hand, Casamia, the Pony & Trap, Pump House, Ronnie’s and the Star & Dove.

Each one-off event will have between 60 and 100 tickets, which go on sale on Friday, March 22, at midday with prices from £45 to £65.

Apprentices from City of Bristol College will also be cooking a special lunch, while other events include a Love Food festival, live music acts, a Sustainable Food Summit and chef demonstrations.

Josh Eggleton, Pony & Trap head chef and co-founder of the event, said: “Building on the success of Eat Drink Bristol Fashion 2012, the aim is once again to showcase Bristol’s thriving food scene in one spectacular setting.

“We’ve assembled a group of guest restaurants that are doing great things in the city and we want to show the rest of the country what we’re up to here in Bristol.”
