A new social experiment is asking the people of Bristol to take a photo of the worst litter in the city, be it overflowing bins, fly-tipping or anything else litter-related. Tweet it to @LitterPics or post it on www.facebook.com/LitterPics, and include the road name and area of Bristol.
The closing date is April 30, and the best photo wins 10 Bristol Pounds.

And if people use ‘ love clean streets ‘ or ‘ looking local ‘ apps on their phones the photos will go through to the correct council team to deal with it!
The ten Bristol pounds would be better spent on dealing with the cause!
Or report the tipping using http://www.fixmystreet.com/ which works great on mobile
