Is this the most misogynistic advert for a room in Bristol ever to appear on Gumtree? In an ad that appeared today but has since been deleted, a man claiming to be a former model and “just a cool person to hang out with” advertises a one-bedroom flat in Clifton. What’s more, the rent is free.
But there’s a catch: you need to be a “chilled girl”. And the “fun guy” who has lived in West Hollywood and Chelsea in the past adds:
“You could start on the sofa if you like but let’s just say I am confident that won’t last long.”
Strange way to find a girlfriend. There are dating sites for that kind of thing.
