Filini at the Radisson Blu hotel in Bristol is this summer presenting menus from four different areas of Italy. Here is a video of the restaurant’s executive head chef Nadeem Akhtar hosting a chef’s table event for the Sardinian menu, at which I was fortunate to be invited to take part.
The chef’s table event is an idea that the restaurant is currently trialling. It’s certainly a unique dining experience eating in the middle of a busy kitchen, but I can highly recommend it if you want an unusual and different evening.
