The chefs who will be taking part in next month’s Eat Drink Bristol Fashion in Queen Square came together for the first time today to help promote the event. Spearheaded by the Pony & Trap in Chew Magna, what promises to be one of the events of the summer will for 12 days and 12 nights see some of the best restaurants in Bristol join forces to serve one-off menus under tipis in the evenings, with tapas during the day.
