I was researching Names of streets I knew as a child and came across your 12/12/10 narrative about Westbury, etc. Can anyone tell me the name of the ice cream parlour on Blackboy Hill in 1939 -40? I remember as a child eating a Knickerbocker Glory there -- I was about 8 yrs. old. I can taste it still! happy days! But those are the kind of memories that put a smile on my 80 year-old face!
Been to so many gigs where Jeff has been at the front doing his thing and he's never blocked my view. If it really bothered musicians that he wasn't going to pay for the gig than I'm sure they would tell him that guestlist was full or something but they don't. I'm sure it's nice for a lot of smaller/support bands that someone in the audience actually looks like they want to be there.
Hi thanks for the feedback - I have bought the site off the Caffe Gusto group - you have some valid points - the a board and the fridge but as you'll appreciate it's tough starting out and will replace / improve as I go on - recycling the a board was the only option at the time- do you like Barry White? Did you try the coffee? The Panini's do need better presentation but hopefully you noticed the ingredients? And please take a look at the garden if you get a chance. Also our cakes are awesome made by Bosh -
Thanks and please pop in for a coffee sometime
