Former Redland Green pupil Amy Willerton has been confirmed as one of the contestants for the new series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, which starts this weekend on ITV.

The 21-year-old from Westbury Park has made a career out of entering beauty pageants, being crowned both Miss Bristol and Miss Bath, and most recently representing Great Britain at Miss Universe.

Willerton came fifth in 2012’s Miss England contest and won the Sky Living show Signed By Katie Price, before acrimoniously falling out with the model formally known as Jordan.

“Weird things creep me out like china dolls,” she says.
