Not sure about that last bit...seeing as our own CW & Hotwells parking scheme has been in place a couple of months already! Still, it's something nice to see every day. Would love to know who's behind it.
A beautiful little cafe with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend the little Buddha green tea and the orange polenta cake - delicious! Will definitely be visiting again.
