Wagamama has opened its third Bristol restaurant in Cabot Circus.
It replaces what used to be La Tasca, which has gone from having three restaurants in Bristol a few years ago to now having none at all.
The demand is evidently for Japanese-inspired food over Spanish tapas (although for the best tapas in the city, go to El Rincon in Southville; there was never any excuse to visit La Tasca anyway).
All the familiar elements of the Wagamama chain are here but there aren’t only long tables like on Queen’s Road and Cribbs Causeway, allowing couples and groups space to themselves both inside and out.
