From family owl prowls to drumming in Halloween, Avon Wildlife Trust hopes to tempt visitors outside to its nature reserves and sites across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset this October half-term.
At Willsbridge Mill (below) near Longwell Green today, there will be Halloween-themed story-telling and music-making with Poco Drom. Drum in Halloween, with a drum workshop, autumnal stories, animal stories, animal songs and a procession.
Poco Drom will also be making an appearance at Folly Farm in Stowey near Pensford, on November 3. Make batty bat shakers and go on a magical musical trail packed with songs and stories.
