A puppet shop is just as you would imagine it to be: quirky, delightful and colourful, with surprising discoveries around every corner.
The Puppet Tree on Bond Street, hidden around the back of Debenhams, also has a shop cat and an owner who had my two-year-old daughter enthralled with an owl who could move its head and blink.
