Castle Park will be taken over today for Tokyo Dub, a 5,000-capacity multi-genre dance music festival. Music kicks off at midday and runs until 11pm, with after parties continuing into the night at Stokes Croft’s Attic, Old Coroners Court, Blue Mountain and Bank.

Following day one last night at the Birdcage, Figure 8 heads to the Trinity for a day of live music from the likes of Dodgy and Bristol’s own Oliver Wilde, fresh from a set for 6 Music’s Mark Riley. Big Jeff will be swapping headbanging duties for compering at a festival raising money for Macmillan Cancer Research.
