Vee Double Moo, serving ice cream from a VW camper van on Brandon Hill and from a bicycle called Little Moo on College Green, could not have picked a better week to launch a new flavour of ice cream.
Speculoos Vanilla is smooth white vanilla swirled with Speculoos spread, recently launched in the UK where it’s more known as a small caramel biscuit often served alongside a coffee.
And on a blisteringly hot day, the ice cream version is perfect.
