More than 70 independent shops in Bristol have already signed up to Your Street, a new gift card scheme specifically for independent retailers.

Founders Imogen McIntosh and Anne‐Louise Perez hope that Bristol will be the flagship city for what could become a national scheme.

They say: “We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and had £150 to spend on a gift. It became a difficult choice deciding where to spend it, and it dawned on us the answer would be a gift card for use in lots of independent shops.”
