Bristol street food bonanza

Street food fans in Bristol were spoiled this week with three different events on three consecutive nights.

On Wednesday, the StrEAT collective took over Corn Street while a night market happened in St Nick’s. With BrewDog providing the bar, it proved a popular event:

On Thursday, there was the second appearance of Bristol Eats in Lakota’s car park, and then yesterday StrEAT returned – this time to Quakers Friars.

A welcome visit to Bristol came from Bath’s Tambo Peruvian Kitchen, which was serving ox heart skewers. Other highlights were burgers from Chomp, pizzas from Pizza Monkey and strawberries encased in dough from Asia Pop, with musical accompaniment from two musicians playing steel drums.

StrEAT will be in Quakers Friars every Friday night this month.
