Only in the Bearpit could a cafe open within a shipping container. Bearpit Social is a one-woman operation run by Miriam Delogu, who used to work at the now departed Bearpit Coffee. The new business – sharing the can with a greengrocer – serves single origin coffee from Honduras roasted by Brian Wogan, soup of the day which yesterday was curry butternut squash and leek, and toast and pastries from Easton’s East Bristol Bakery.

We are open from from half 6 in the morning right up til 6:30 in the evening.
At the moment we are using Herbett’s organic bread range for toast and their pastries. We will be sourcing our bread for our toasted sourdough sandwiches from East Bristol Bakery and Hart’s Bakery amazing pastry. Stil alot more to come.
