Two former employees of Bristol Beer Factory have launched their new brewery, The Wild Beer Company based in Evercreech near Shepton Mallet, with beers on draft and in bottles now in the Colston Yard. Andrew and Brett promise “wild ideas and wild ambitions”, with bottles being available at Corks of Cotham by the weekend, and their pale ale Fresh on tap at BrewDog when that opens on Baldwin Street tomorrow.
