The street food scene in Bristol is thriving, and the latest addition to its fold is The Woolly Cactus, serving Tex-Mex food from a trailer that can be found on the corner of Victoria Street and Bath Street near Bristol Bridge. They promise “darn good food from early morning to early evening”, and encourage anyone to come down and say hello, even if you don’t like tacos or quesadillas, to see and perhaps rub their face on the Woolly Cactus trailer covered in wool.
