Only in Bristol? Here are two police officers helping to paint a canvas as part of the weekend’s See No Evil graffiti art festival. The aim of the police message was that graffiti is acceptable if done legally. Their message was spread by the painting of the 8ft by 8ft canvas outside The Lanes, and by giving out police helmets which became the de regueur look of the weekend.
