If you have ever wondered what’s inside that big silver ball in Millennium Square, then tomorrow is your chance. The At-Bristol planetarium will be open to visitors from the Millennium Square entrance for one day only for a special summer night sky show, for the price of just one pound.
The planetarium will be opening its doors at 5pm for a 30-minute tour of the skies above our head, as usual using a high-tech star-ball to project stars onto the domed ceiling with visitors led on an astronomical journey by presenters.
Tomorrow is a special day as it is the peak of the annual Perseid meteor shower, one of the best times for spotting shooting stars. So visitor will be able to put their new-found star-spotting into practice when the show finishes.
Tickets are available to purchase from the At-Bristol front desk, via the At-Bristol booking line on 0845 345 1235 or on the day from 4.30pm on Millennium Square.
