Bristol Harbour Festival returns to the city a week earlier this year, between July 20 and July 22 to avoid clashing with the Olympics. Still free, this year’s festival will once again take place within a two-mile stretch of the city, from the ss Great Britain to Castle Park.
The festival was officially launched in this morning’s drizzle with a special performance by Cirque Bijou outside the M Shed:
