This weekend’s beer festival at the Inn on the Green in Horfield is reputed to be the biggest pub beer festival in Bristol, and I have no reason to doubt their claim. This year, they will serve 100 real ales and 20 ciders, and have three live bands playing both tomorrow and Sunday.
Tickets cost £5, which includes a free Inn on the Green festival glass and brochure. The festival runs from midday to 9pm on Saturday and Sunday, and a ticket also entitles the bearer to drink the bar dry on Monday.

The Inn on the Green happens to be Bristol Culture’s local and one of our favourite pubs in Bristol. Even when there’s no beer festival, it seems like that with more than a dozen real ales and ciders on tap at any one time. And if that’s not enough, they serve great food as well.
